Cooper County accident injures Versailles residents
Two Versailles residents are hospitalized after a single vehicle accident Sunday night in Cooper County. Cornelius H. Raithel, 94, and Betty L. Raithel, 83, both sustained serious injuries in the crash.

Osage spreads the wealth in victory against Versailles
The Osage Indians are finding success with one of basketball's most basic formulas: unselfish play mixed with balanced scoring. That method was on full display Friday night as four Indians scored 12 or more in a 66-51 courtwarming victory against Versailles. Senior guards Zach and Jared Edwards scored 15 points apiece, and Osage went 21-for-26 at the free throw line.

Osage-Versailles to decide season series tonight
Courtwarming night at School of the Osage will also decide the season series between the hometown Indians and the visiting Versailles Tigers. Osage and Versailles meet for the third time this season. Versailles won 63-59 in the Eugene Tournament at the start of the season. Osage won 60-40 last Saturday in the seventh place game of the Eldon Tournament.
