Walter Curtis "Buzzy" Whiting, 64, of Leesburg, died Jan. 22 at while residing at the Heritage Hall Nursing Home in Leesburg. He was born April 28, 1947, in Ashburn. He attended the Loudoun County Public Schools. He was a member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church in Leesburg.
