Helicopter Substantially Damaged, But No One Was Injured Cold weather flight testing on a Polish-registered PZL Swidnik SW-4 helicopter resulted in an accident but fortunately no injuries. The testing proceeded to plan, but developed problems with the controls after the hydraulic system was shut off. The pilot was not able to overcome the control problems, and the helicopter impacted the ground.
