Petersen wins silver medal at Junior Olympics
Stone Memorial High School junior Seth Petersen won the silver medal with a 114X125 for a second-place finish at the Tennessee Junior Olympic Championships held at the Holly Fork Shooting Complex in Paris, TN May 5-6. Seven other Clay Crushers from the scholastic clay target program joined Petersen to gain more experience in Olympic trap shooting.

Veterans Outreach planned in Paris
The Henry County Veterans Service office, in partnership with Tennessee Department of Veterans Affairs, neighboring county service officers and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, will host a Veterans Outreach event from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. May 9 in the Enoch Building at the Henry County Fair Grounds.
