Tuesday May 1, 2012 SHAFTSBURY, Vt. -- A Pownal woman was arrested Saturday on one grand larceny and two petit larceny charges in connection with a theft case in town, according to Vermont State Police. The arrest of Tina M. Fox, 40, of Pownal, comes after police were contacted Friday about a theft at the West Mountain Road home of Charlotte Galusha, 89.

Wilmington, VT ? 5/18/12 ? On May 16, the Vermont State Police cited Eric Howley, age 40 of West Dover, VT for two counts of Simple Assault, a violation of Title 13 V.S.A. § 1023(a)(1). Howley was a sworn member of the Vermont State Police and was on-duty during the incident.
