Opening day
Members of the Buffalo Youth Baseball organization, ages 5-12, took a stroll down Main Street Saturday during opening day. Mike Bender, president of Buffalo Youth Baseball, said the season runs through the end of June. Closing ceremonies will be held on June 28 and will include a barbecue.

As you drive down the scenic road near the Gatfield Ranch, you see a helium balloon blowing in the wind that says ?birthday boy.? Neighbors asked Delma and Jay if they had a new grandson. Delma laughs and says ?No, we had a buffalo!?
